Hola amigos de #Home Solutions. Hoy les comparto varias remodelaciones necesarias para la mudanza a mi nueva casa. Haber concretado la compra, fue un logro el año pasado, y quedamos un poco fallo de recursos para los arreglos, además diciembre fue un mes de muchos gastos. Pasaron varios días para disponer de ahorros de toda la familia. Se contactó al maestro de obra a contratar y nos dio la lista de material y el costo total. También se hizo necesario comprar 1000 litros de agua, porque el suministro había pasado.

En primer momento deseamos:

• Subir la cerca del frente de la casa.
• Eliminar las ventanas.
• Hacer viga de la cerca.
• Friso de paredes

Materiales necesarios.

• Arena gruesa y fina, sacos de cementos, cabillas, tejas, sunchos, cerchas, bloques, entre otros.
• 1000 lt de agua.

Having completed the purchase, was an achievement last year, and we were a little short of resources for the arrangements, plus December was a month of many expenses. It took several days to dispose of the family's savings. The master builder to be hired was contacted and he gave us the list of materials and the total cost. It also became necessary to buy 1000 liters of water, because the supply had passed.

First of all we want to:

• Raise the fence at the front of the house.
• Eliminate the windows.
• To make beam of the fence.
• Wall frieze.

Materials needed.

• Coarse and fine sand, sacks of cement, shingles, roof tiles, strapping, trusses, blocks, among others.
• 1000 lt of water.

… Y así va la primera remodelación

Casi siempre mi esposo e hijo son los encargados de solucionar fallas y modificaciones en mi casa, pero estas reparaciones son de estructura y se hizo necesario contratar un personal especializado.

Hace pocos días se hicieron dichas reparaciones, ya están avanzando, los albañiles taparon las ventanas, se subió las paredes, y las bases superiores, por ende el friso de paredes. Sin embargo, faltan cubrir otras reparaciones, debo reunir más recursos para continuar con esta meta.

Almost always my husband and son are in charge of fixing faults and modifications in my house, but these repairs are structural and it was necessary to hire specialized personnel.

A few days ago these repairs were made, they are already progressing, the masons covered the windows, the walls were raised, and the upper bases, therefore the wall frieze. However, other repairs still need to be covered, and I must gather more resources to continue with this goal.

Particularmente estoy muy ansiosa en darle feliz término a los trabajos, actualmente es un poco difícil, pero con el favor de Dios, tendré éxito en este reto, es verdaderamente un gran esfuerzo lo que estamos haciendo toda la familia.
