Garden Journal Challenge February: Gardening🌱

🌱🌼Welcome to my blog🌱🌼
Hello #Hivegarden. Today I'm sharing my monthly garden report with you. January flew by and February is here, the month of love💖, the love 💖I give to my plants, which are all beautiful and even more flowery, with delicious fruit.
I planted this bush in my son's yard several years ago, although it needs to be pruned. One of these days I went to his house, not knowing that the plant had many semerucos, and I picked them to make jam or juice. This fruit is rich in vitamin C.

I am very happy because my husband is in good health. He is recovering after six months, is more cheerful, and has gained weight. Last week, he told me he wanted to prune the ixora, and I guided him. It is very important to prune the plant. It had several rotten branches. I applied cinnamon paste to the cuts to protect them from infection. Then we collected the cut branches in bags, waiting for the city to pick them up. I also took some cuttings and placed them in water to see if they will grow roots in a month. This is the second time it has been pruned; many dry branches and branches with beetle nests were cut off.

On Sunday, I was doing laundry, and I take advantage of every minute to do some gardening. While the washing machine is running its cycle, I start transplanting some milkweed plants into recyclable bags.

Let me show you how my plants are doing. They are all doing well, although several have dried up, like the beautiful eleven o'clock flowers—not a single one is left. We have been in our own home for 11 months, and little by little the garden is taking shape. They have grown and look strong. Several have bloomed.

My fellow gardeners, it was a pleasure to visit this beautiful community. I hope you enjoyed my report. Your opinions are welcome...
Well my #HiveGarden friends, have a nice day!
