Hello #Fungifriday community. Today I'm sharing a vegetarian recipe with you. I went out this morning to accompany my daughter to pick up an order of items from a catalog she is selling to her friends.
I took the opportunity to stop by the fruit shop to see what I could buy, but I didn't have much money with me. Then I saw some packages of mushrooms, took out my cell phone and photographed them, but I couldn't buy them because I spent the little money I had and didn't have an easy recipe to prepare those edible mushrooms.
I remembered that today is Friday, the day of the challenge, so this is a contribution to @eckaw.
I got home and looked through some cookbooks. Finally, I found a vegetarian cookbook so I can prepare them when I go back to the fruit shop, because now I know how to prepare them.
The recipe is as follows:
Vegetable meat with mushrooms
- 1 cup finely chopped onion.
- 1/4 cup margarine.
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms.
- 1 cup ground vegetable meat.
- 1 cup grated potatoes.
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk.
- 3 eggs.
- Salt to taste.
Fry the onion, margarine, and mushrooms. Then remove from heat and mix in a greased dish with the other ingredients.
Bake at moderate heat.
When I have enough money, I'll be ready to buy those mushrooms. And I'll try this delicious and nutritious recipe.

Aproveché a pasar por la frutera para ver que compraba, pero llevaba poco dinero. Entonces vi unos paquetes de champiñones, saqué el celular y lo fotografié, no los pude comprar, porque gasté lo poco que cargaba y no tenía una receta fácil para preparar esos hongos comestible.
Recordé que hoy es el día viernes del reto, esto es una contribución a @eckaw.
Llegué a casa, busqué entre libros unos recetarios. Hasta que por fin logré conseguir uno de comida vegetariana, para preparar cuando vuelva a esa frutera, porque ya tengo como prepararlos.
La receta es la siguiente:
Carne vegetal con hongos
- 01 taza de cebolla bien picada.
- 1/4 taza de margarina.
- 1/2 taza de hongos picados.
- 01 taza de carne vegetal molida.
- 01 taza de papas ralladas.
- 3/4 taza de leche evaporada.
- 03 huevos.
- Sal al gusto.
Se fríe la cebolla, la margarina, y los hongos. Luego se retiran del fuego y mezclan en una fuente engrasada, los de demás ingredientes.
Y se hornea a fuego moderado.
Cuando tenga suficiente dinero iré dispuesta a comprar esos champiñones. Y pruebo esta deliciosa y nutritiva receta.
