Hello #Needleworkmonday. Today I'm sharing a simple project with you, the first part of a Christmas hat 🤶. I started it this morning, but I've been busy and have only finished the bottom part of the hat, which is the white elastic band. In the center, there is a fabric with loops formed by chains and picots, which are linked together, creating a very special effect that makes this hat unique. This will be part 1, and I will now explain how to make it.

Lo comencé en la mañana, pero he tenido varias ocupaciones y solo he realizado la parte inferior del gorro, es decir la tira elástica en color blanco, en el centro tiene un tejido de asas formadas por cadenas y picot, estas se enlazan entre sí, dando un efecto muy especial, haciendo que este gorro sea único. Este será la parte 1, lo cual paso a detallar su elaboración.

Materials//Materiales:
- White yarn.
- Crochet hook No. 4
- Hilo estambre color blanco.
- Aguja crochet Nº 4
Abbreviations//Abreviaciones:

mp: half point.
mpa: half high point.
pad: double treble crochet.
pat: triple treble crochet.
aum: increases.
dism: decrease.
pa: high point.
pr: slipped stitch.

aum: aumento.
dism: disminución.
pa: punto alto.
pad: punto alto doble.

Process//Proceso:

This is the start of a Christmas project, a cute hat, but today I made the band in white. This stitch is very unusual, I hadn't seen it before, which is why I wanted to share it with you, dear #Needleworkers. It's a technique that gives elasticity to the band by making mp in a right turn, we turn and the fabric is made on the other left strand, so that it's not tight on the head, it also has intertwined handles giving it a special touch. This band measures 54 cm, it's a hat for adults.
I promise to finish it tomorrow, as I need to buy more yarn because I've run out. I need to buy two skeins of white and one of red because I already have red. It's a hat 🧢 with lots of rounds. You'll see that this hat is unique.
I can't wait to finish it so I can wear it this December during the Christmas holidays. It's a very cute design, you'll see...

Este es el inicio de un proyecto para Navidad, un lindo gorro, pero hoy realicé la tira en color blanco. Este tejido es muy particular, no lo había visto antes, por esa razón quise compartirlos a ustedes queridos #Needleworker. Es una técnica que da elasticidad a la tira haciendo mp en una vuelta a la derecha, giramos y el tejido se hace en la otra hebra izquierda, para que en la cabeza no quede apretado, además lleva asas entrelazadas dando un toque especial. Esta tira mide 54 cm es un gorro para adulto.
Prometo terminarlo mañana, ya que debo comprar más hilo, porque se acabó, debo comprar 02 madejas de blanco y uno de rojo porque tengo un rojo. Es un gorro 🧢 que lleva muchas vueltas. Ya verán que este gorro es único.
Estoy ansiosa a terminarlo para lucirlo este diciembre, en las fiestas navideñas, es un diseño muy lindo ya verán...
