XRP Recovery Faces New Challenge

How are you all today? I hope you are well and healthy. I am doing well with your prayers. Today I would like to share my observations and analysis on an important issue in the crypto market. Recently, many people have been paying attention to the price of XRP. But just looking at the chart does not give the whole picture. How strong a blockchain network is is equally important. Today's discussion is from that perspective.

Recently, it has been observed that some important on-chain indicators of the XRP Ledger have become weaker than before. Personally, I find the decline in payment activity on the network to be the most important. Where a large number of transactions were completed daily before, now that number has decreased significantly. This indicates that the use of the network is not as active as before.

Another issue is the total volume of XRP transfers. Usually, if large investors or institutions are active, the transaction volume also increases significantly. But if we analyze the current data, we can see that, although there is an occasional slight increase, the overall volume is on the decline. In my view, this is a signal that may indicate a slight decrease in the participation of large capital in the market.

The third thing that has been most noticeable is the decrease in the number of active wallets or active addresses. The real strength of a blockchain depends not only on the price of its token, but also on how many users are using it regularly. When the number of active users continues to decline, it raises some questions about future growth.

The situation does not look very comfortable in terms of price charts either. XRP is still below several important moving averages. At the same time, price movements are limited to a narrow range. This usually indicates a phase where both buyers and sellers are waiting for the next big decision.

In my opinion, while a temporary increase in price based solely on rumors or short-term excitement is possible, in order to maintain a strong upward trend in the long term, the fundamentals of the network must improve. That is, the number of payments must increase, the volume of transactions must increase, and the active participation of new and old users must also increase.

Finally, I think that those who are optimistic about XRP in the long term should not base their decisions solely on price. It is more important to regularly monitor on-chain data, user activity, and the overall health of the network. Because the true value of a strong blockchain is ultimately revealed through its actual use and acceptance.

This is entirely my personal analysis and observations. This is not investment advice. Please do your own research and be aware of the risks before investing in cryptocurrencies.
