Cashcat’s 22% Rise: Is $0.108 the Next Target?

When the price of a token suddenly increases by more than 20% in the crypto market, the question naturally arises—is this a temporary pump, or is there strong buying pressure behind it? CASHCAT’s recent price movement has brought that question to the fore.

In the last 24 hours, the price of CASHCAT has increased by about 22.36%. At the same time, a large holder has collected 16.02 million CASHCAT by spending about $1 million. Since this purchase was made through various swaps, it can also be seen as a planned accumulation.

However, in my opinion, it would not be right to call this purchase by whales the only reason for the rally. Because this accumulation has been seen after the price has already increased. That is, it may indicate the confidence of large investors in the existing bullish momentum rather than starting a new rally.

Interest is also growing in the futures market

Along with the increase in the price of CASHCAT, Open Interest increased by 31.35% to $16.20 million. This means that new positions have been added to the derivatives market and trader participation has increased.

While this is positive for bullish momentum, the risk also increases due to increased leverage. Leveraged positions can face rapid liquidation if the price goes in the opposite direction.

Funding rates were also in favor of buyers. With the OI-weighted funding rate at around 0.0638% positive, it is understood that many traders are still interested in holding long positions. However, additional positive funding may create the risk of crowded long positions in the future.

$0.0853 is now an important level

Looking at the technical structure, the $0.0853 level is quite important for CASHCAT. The token has tried to hold the level as support by returning above this resistance.

If buyers can hold the position above $0.0853, the next important target could be $0.1080. On the other hand, if this support is lost, the price may return to the demand zone around $0.0634.

Another cautionary note is the RSI, which is near 75.20. This indicates an overbought condition. So a short-term correction would not be surprising.

Overall, CASHCAT's current structure looks bullish, but along with momentum, there is also the risk of volatility. In my opinion, the two most important levels right now are the $0.0853 support and the $0.1080 potential target.
