Porridge cocoyam cooked with Mushroom(Vegan Receipe)
Good morning to my vegan family ,Hope you all are doing well today,I welcome you all back to my blog .
Is being long I eat mushrooms with coco yam and today I went to a nearby market near our estate to buy the ingredients I needed,though coco yam and mushroom was very costly because we are not in the season of it,but because I have craved it for a long time,I decided to cook it ,and today I made a very sweet and tasty Receipe for myself.
INGREDIENTS USED
Half plate of Mushroom
Half littre of Red oil
One tablespoon of salt
Few pieces of scent leaves
Two pieces of fresh pepper
Five pieces of coco yam
Half bulb of onions
Water
PROCEDURE
I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.
I washed my ingredients ,peeled my coco yam,washed it and then peel my onions.
Then I slice my pepper.pieces my mushroom ,and washed it and then put a little water on my pot and slice my onions.
Then after some minutes of boiling my water,I added my coco yam and close my pot and after some seconds ,my coco yam was a bit soft,I added my salt and then added my onions.
I now added my scent leaves,my fresh pepper ,my mushroom and then my Red oil and stir.
After some minutes of cooking very well,my food was ready.
Finally my sweet cocoyam with mushroom was fully ready to serve.
