My Nutritious Beans porridge with potatoes very Healthy .
Warm Greetings to this wounderful family,Foodie lovers!!I welcome you all back to my blog this morning.
Today I decided to make this porridge bean 🫘 with sweet potatoes for my Kids because it,s being a long time they had this food combination,this food combination is very nutritious and healthy especially for Kids,so I made it for them very nice,tasty ,and delicious 🤤 and they enjoyed it.
INGREDIENTS USED
One cup of Beans 🫘
Few pieces of Sweet potatoes 🍠
Half littre of red oil
Few pieces of vegetables
One bulb of Onions 🧅
One tablespoon of salt
Few pieces of fresh pepper
Water for cooking.
PROCEDURE USED
In this procedure,I will show you all how I made this Receipe.
First I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.
Then I washed my ingredients,washed my beans and put in my pot to perboil and set aside.
Then I peeled my potatoes 🥔,after peeling it,I seived out my perboiled beans and set aside.
Then pour another water in my pot and allow it to boil very well,after boiling,I added my beans and then added my sweet potatoes and starts cooking.
After cooking for a while ,and my potatoes 🥔 was a bit soft,I added my salt and onions,then add my fresh pepper ,red oil and then my vegetable and stir.
After a while my sweet potatoes and beans was ready.
Then I served it to my kids which they loved and enjoyed.
Can you see the color of my food combination,it is very tasty and Nice.
