Warm Greetings to my wounderful commmunity,I welcome you all to my blog this morning.
Today my father Inlaw said he want to have cassava flakes(Abacha)And oil beans(Ugba) as his breakfast and I don,t have the ingredients for the abacha making and I rushed down to my street and get the ingredients and starts making it for him because he always loves to eat whatever he craved for,so I started making it very snappy and use it to make a post.
INGREDIENTS USED
Small quantity of cassava flakes(Abacha)
Half littre of red oil
Ngo
Anara leaves
One tablespoon of salt
Three Pieces of fresh pepper
Half plate of oil bean(native Ugba)
First I prepared my ingredients and set aside.
Then I washed my Anara leaves, fresh pepper and onions,Then slice them one after the other and set aside.
Then I put my kettle on fire, boiled my hot water and when it boiled very well.I poured it into my Abacha and close it to soft ,I seive it out.and then put my pot on top of my cooker,I didn’t,t on it because I didn’t,t need the fire because am not cooking it,then I poured my red oil and add my Ngo and stir.
Then I add my salt, pepper ,onions and stir very well.
Then i added my Abacha and stir and then add my Oil bean(ugba) and stir again.
After some seconds,I added my anara leaves and stir very well,
And finally,my Cassava flakes(Abacha)and oil bean(Ugba)was ready to serve.
