My Native Food(Corn,Pear and Coconut with it’s Milk

Greetings Everyone!!!
Today I welcome you all to my Blog again this evening.
Hope you all are fine.
Last week I went to my friends house and saw her doing this Receipe for her kids and I Learnt it and decided to cook it for my Kids as their Dinner this night.
So I make it very snappy for them.
INGREDIENTS USED
.Two pieces of fresh Corn
.Six pieces of fresh African Pear(UBE)
.one Piece of Coconut Fruit
.water for cooking
PROCEDURE USED
First of all ,I put my pot on fire and poured water to boil.
After boiling for a while, I removed the corn from it,s shells,I will now wash and put in my pot and add water to cook.
We are in the farming season ,corn is enjoyed with so many things like our local sauce.
Corn is very Nutritional and good for the body.
It is a good you can cook at anytime and any day.
Now my corn was ready and I washed my pear and add to boiling corn.
After some minutes, my corn and pear was ready .
What is African Pear( UBE)
UBE or African pear is a local fruit in our locality,Some countries called it butter pear or purple pear.and it’s botanical name is Dacryodes Edulis.
Then I prepared my coconut for Garnishing.I broke it open ,removed the shells and carefully sliced it into appealing strips,then I washed and and use my greater to grade it ,
After grading it,I set it aside and use my seive to seive the water out and set aside.
Coconut provides us with thyroid function,
It maintains body mass.
It is full of energy
It improves digestion
It improves the brain functions.
It is a tree for life
While the coconut milk supply’s our body with a healthy hair and skin.
It assists in weight loss and it is good for weight loss and lastly it is good for heart.
It’s botanical name is Cocus Nucifera
After some minutes,my corn and pear was ready,I poured my coconut water with my sliced coconut and fully .
My corn,pear and coconut and it’s Milk was ready to serve.
