My Native African Breadfruits (ukwa)very Tasty.
Hello everyone here in this community,I welcome you all back to my blog this morning.
Early this morning ,my mother Inlaw was disturbing me to cook African Bread Fruits (Ukwa) for her this morning because it,s her Favourite so I decided to make it for her very Snappy.
INGREDIENTS USED
Five cups of African Breadfruits (ukwa)
Half littre of Red oil
One tablespoon of salt for taste
Small quantity of Vegetables
Small quantity of Ngo for thickening
Water for cooking
PROCEDURE
In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this Tasty and delicious breadfruits with vegetables.
Firstly I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.
Then I put a tablespoon of salt for washing my breadfruits and also seived my breadfruits and then put some water in my pot for cooking,and when the water boiled I added my bread fruits and leave it to cook very well.
After some minutes of cooking,my breadfruits was soft,I added my NGO,my Salt and then my red oil and stir very well.
Breadfruit Reduces cancer
It nourishes the skin
It serves as a proteinous food to our body
It controls high blood pressure
It gives us instant Energy
After leaving all my ingredients to cook very well,I added my vegetables and then stir.
After some minutes,my Breadfruits was ready to serve.

This is a very healthy meal that has lots vitamins, tho it takes lots of time to process it but it's very healthy
