My Macroni pasta cooked with oil Bean .


Hello lovers of Foodie,Hope you all are doing fine,I welcome you all once again to my blog this morning.
Last week Sunday ,I went to my friend’s house and I saw her making this native macaroni pasta with oil bean for her kids and I loved it I called it native because she used red oil and oil bean(Native Ugba)to cook it ,and I decided to make it for my kids this morning as their lunch in school today.
INGREDIENTS USED
One packet of macaroni pasta
Small bulb of onions
Half littre of red oil
One tablespoon of salt
Half tablespoon of curry powder
Ten pieces of green pepper
Five pieces of carrot
Four pieces of fresh pepper
Half plate of oil bean
Water


First I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.



Then I washed my carrots,green pepper and onions.

Then I sliced my onions,pound my pepper and then slice my green pepper and carrots



Then I put a little water on my pot and parboiled my macaroni and set aside.

Then I put my red oil,my onions,my fresh pepper and my salt and I add my curry spice and stir and then add my little water to it and allow it to boil.


After boiling for a while,I added macaroni and then added my carrots and green pepper and stir .

After a while of cooking very well and was about to drain water,I added my oil bean and stir again and after a while,it was ready.


After a while,my macaroni pasta with oil bean was ready to serve.my family really enjoyed it.
