My Local Dish(Cassava flakes and Oil Bean)

I welcome you all back to my blog this evenining.
Am here to present to you all a special receipe I made for my husband.
Today My husband was craving for Cassava flakes(Abacha)And oil bean (Ugba) Cooked together and I decided to do it for him Asap.
#INGREDIENTS USED#
.1/2 cup of Oil Bean(UGBA)
. 2 Cups of Cassava Flakes(ABACHA)
.Half littre of Red oil
.One Tablespoon of salt
.Anara Leaves(Garden egg leaf)
.one pieces of fresh pepper
.one bulb of onions
.Two pieces of Nutmeg seed
.NGO
#PROCEDURES USED#
Step1
Firstly I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.
Then I poured hot water on the Cassava flakes(Abacha)and cover it to heat
And then Seive the water out and set aside.
I washed my ingredients and set aside.
Then I sliced my onions,my Anara leaves ,my fresh pepper with my nutmeg and set aside,
Step 2
I put my dried pot on the fire,then I put my red oil,and then add my NGO ,and stir very well.
After some minutes,I added my abacha(cassava flakes) and then add my Ugba(Oil Bean)and stir very well.
Step3
Then I added my onions,my Anara leaves and my salt for taste and then local Nutmeg seed for the flavor and Aroma of my dish.
Cassava flakes are is rich in carbohydrates and cassava flakes is gotten from cassava.it is normally eaten by the eastern part of Nigerian.while oil bean gives enough protein to the body.combining this two dish together,you can imagine what it supply’s to the body.Every Visitor that comes to our homes are normally served with this two food combination.
Step4
After some minutes,my cassava flakes and Oil beans was ready to serve.
I am happy to prepare this two dish for my husband as his lunch.
Looking at this dish ,it is tempting and simple and the taste is topnotch.
