Uno de los negocios favoritos de los hivers de nuestro estado es @econoquesos, este es muy visitado por nuestros hivers y personas naturales de nuestra localidad, y ¿porque será?, ah les cuento,.pues este negocio nos presta atención de calidad, es un lugar super acogedor, sus empleados nos tratan como reyes por su exclente atención y lo mejor es que; este nos ofrece productos de calidad, tenía muchísimo tiempo que no iba a este genial lugar a realizar alguna compra, pues mi mamá llego de viaje y por su enfermedad su oncólogo le indicó, que en su alimentación consumiera mucha sopa de carnes rojas como: huesos de nuca, costilla rojas, lagartos, entre otras cosas, todo lo que genere colágeno.

Salí desde bien temprano de casa a realizar diligencias de trabajo y me encontraba muy cerca de este lugar, realmente estaba en nuestra calle HBD, me llamó mi hija y me preguntó que se haría de almuerzo, de inmediato le contesté que yo resolvería, que me esperara, de inmediato pensé que tenía en mi nevera la verdura completa, el aliño y los condimentos, así que me dije bueno listo, vamos a visitar a nuestros amigos de @econoquesos para estrenar y ver cómo quedó su nueva área de carnicería, pues luego de tanto tiempo aún no lo conocía.

Ah I tell you, because this business gives us quality care, is a super cozy place, its employees treat us like kings for their excellent attention and the best thing is that, this offers us quality products, I had a long time that I did not go to this great place to make a purchase, because my mom came on a trip and because of her illness her oncologist told her, that in her diet she should eat a lot of red meat soup such as: neck bones, red ribs, lizards, among other things, everything that generates collagen.

I left very early from home to run errands for work and I was very close to this place, it was really in our HBD street, my daughter called me and asked me what she would do for lunch, I immediately replied that I would solve, to wait for me, I immediately thought I had in my fridge the whole vegetable, dressing and condiments, so I said to myself well ready, let's visit our friends of @econoquesos to premiere and see how their new butcher area was, because after so long I still did not know him.

Al entrar me quedé super impresionada de verdad que el lugar estaba full, habían colas en cada una de sus áreas, como: la carniceria y la charcuteria, eran sobre todo las que colapsaban y muchas personas por los pasillos, comencé por recorrer los pasillos me detuve a ver muchas cosas, entre ellos los panes y los pollos, ya que me habían dicho que tenían muy buenos precios, además de que me entero por los amigos de la comunidad que hacen sus compras en este lugar tan increíble, cuando observo el área de carnicería quedé enamorada, todo se veía muy hermoso, todas las carnes super frescas y muy vivas, cuentan con todo un poco. Realmente vale la pena visitar esta área.

Mientras me decidía por lo que pediría ya que estaba entre dos opciones observaba la carne molida, las chuletas, la carne para guisar, el bistec, el lagarto, la chuleta de cochino y pare usted de contar.

Cuando terminé de observar todo, le dije al chico que por favor me pesara un kilo de costilla rojas, pero que no pasará de ese monto ya que mi pago sería en hbd, ellos muy contentos sacaron las mejores presas y me dijeron te pondré unas con bastante carne, para que esa sopa quede sabrosa y se hecharon a reír. ¿Provoca o no ir a este lugar?, nos reímos un rato, mientras ellos sacaban las mejores presas y las llevaron a pesar y me dijeron aquí tienes justo los 5 $, les dije perfecto, porque no cuento con más en mi billetera y me están esperando en casa para que yo haga el almuerzo jajaja. Soy la cocinera oficial de mi hogar, este don viene de las manos de mi madre, mis hermanos y yo aprendimos de su buen sazón y el amor por el arte a cocinar.

Soy malísima para esperar, ya que soy impaciente, pues no había de otra que esperar mi turno, ya que llevaría la solución para el almuerzo de este día, sin darme cuenta la cola avanzó super rápido y cuando ya estaba en caja, la chica pesó el producto y de inmediato me dijo que tenía un monto por pagar de 5.06 hbd,

De inmediato ingresé a mi billetera @keychain para realizar una transferencia, ingreso el usuario en este caso @econoquesos, el monto por 5.06 hbd y el memo costillas rojas.
