Leveling up and gaining more power using the Glint buying system

First of all, one nice regular Zyrx, this really looks like a monster card:

As for the current season, 254K Glint was rewarded, and a total of 325K to spend.

I am going for the whole batch of 40 Gold Common, hoping to get some more to max level. A tremendous success, with 11 out of 12 max level now, one left, costs like $8 to get the last 3 BCX and have all the Common Gold level 10. This one is sorted.

The only one left is the Legendary set, and I had enough Glint to buy 4 for now.
Sadly, no card levelled up, so I still got four cards max level 4, six level 3 and two level 2. Still a lot of cards needed in here.

That being said, I had enough Merits bought and gained via Brawls to buy another 13 Gladiator packs.

So, one Epic, one Gold Rare and 15 Rare cards, not as awesome as I was expecting, but did I level up some new cards? Well, the Gold one is level 4 now, with +1 HP. The Epic card also gained a level; it is 5 now, gaining the strengthening skill, adding +1 HP to all cards in the team.

No extra levels for the Rare cards, but I did have one Common card going to level 8, gaining +1 HP.

The collection got a little stronger, with 3 Gold Common rewards cards to max level, and one Rare Gold, one Common and one Epic Gladiator gaining an extra level. If I decide to buy the last 3 cards for the remaining Gold one, I will have only the Legendary to upgrade. It is doable.
