Because Mrs. Margarita without hesitation went to a public entity where the objective is to guide and find solutions to problems that take there.

While Mrs. Margarita's husband stopped the wife's visit to the organism where the case was sent.

Well, from this the days passed, until the day of placing the door finally arrived, only the door came, the installation was the next day. The strange thing was that they had to go three times to the carpentry because they had to make adjustments that were not contemplated.

This door was perhaps a lesson for the carpenter and for Mrs. Margarita, because she no longer has to make more verbal contracts if there is nothing signed to seal the contract.

El enigma de la Puerta.


Hace unos meses la señora Margarita decidió cambiar una puerta en su casa que en su debido momento de cambiar otras, esta quedó para después, ese después como siempre atravesó por varios años, hasta que un día la puerta comenzó a despegar sus enchapados dando indicios que ya se acercó la hora.

Preguntó a conocidos y familiares por un carpintero, llegó uno recomendado por una amistad pero en ese momento no fue para solucionar la puerta. Se arregló una mesita de madera heredada, esta era del primer juego de muebles de su madre y estaba en su hogar, necesitaba restauración y dar vida a esta madera. Muy oportuno fue conocer a este carpintero, en menos de dos días ese trabajo fue realizado, la señora quedó muy contenta porque la mesita de su madre la podía lucir en su casa.

Luego, salieron cosas por arreglar, primero la puerta de su habitación que quedó atascada la cerradura y se tuvo que romper la misma dejando un hoyo en ella. Para este trabajo este carpintero igual lo realizó inmediatamente, quedó muy bueno el trabajo de la puerta.

Luego se mandó a arreglar otra puerta, igual el tiempo de entrega fue inmediato.

Cuando se encomendó este trabajo, la señora preguntó al carpintero si tenía alguna puerta en venta para solucionar la del baño de su cuarto.

A pocas horas el carpintero se comunicó con la señora que había encontrado una puerta y le dio el valor de la misma, enseguida esta puerta fue comprada, la señora le pidió dos semanas para que le diera espacio por el dinero que él como carpintero le haría a la puerta. Este trato fue aceptado. En pocas semanas el pago al carpintero se hizo en un 80%, con el compromiso de cuando la instalaran se procedía a hacer el pago del restante. Hasta allí todo muy bien.

Pasó un mes, dos meses, tres meses y así llegó a seis meses, el señor cada vez que la señora se comunicaba con él había una respuesta que pronto la visitaba, llegaba el día para esperar al carpintero, nunca llegaba, así mensajes iban y venían, sin ninguna respuesta. Solo en la espera de la misma.

Un día la señora Margarita pensó y acudió a quien lo recomendó, él se sintió muy mal por la irresponsabilidad en este trabajo.

Pues la señora Margarita sin dudarlo se dirigió a un ente público donde el objetivo es orientar y encontrar soluciones a problemas que allí llevan.

La pregunta fue si una venta que aún no había sido entregado donde solo estaba la palabra de por medio sin factura se podía buscar solución, después que la funcionaria escuchó dio una referencia a otro organismo para ser asesorada.

Mientras ocurría esto, el esposo visitaba la carpintería en busca de respuesta. Siempre la misma excusa, mañana, no me gustó el color, la puerta se abombó, y así pasaban los días, hasta que una de esas visitas el esposo comentó que no se esperaría más y se iba a actuar legalmente, a esto el carpintero sorprendido llegó a la casa de los señores con más excusas. Mientras el esposo de la señora Margarita detenía la visita de la esposa hacia el organismo donde fue remitido el caso.

Pues, de esto igual pasaron los días, hasta que por fin llegó el día de colocar la puerta, solo llegó la puerta, la instalación fue el día siguiente. Lo extraño fue que tuvieron que ir como tres veces a la carpintería porque debían hacer ajustes que no estaban contemplados.

Esta puerta quizás fue una lección para el carpintero y para la señora Margarita, pues ya no tiene que hacer más contratos verbales si no hay algo firmado para sellar el contrato.
