Sunny Days

Every human being is unique and unrepeatable, that's why there are infinite ideas, surprises, joys, misunderstandings and misunderstandings in different occasions.

Sometimes, for a simple fact there are arguments that lead people to commit unfortunate acts, others stop communicating and sharing with others even though they are families, years go by and the quarrel persists.

Different points of view about the same fact turn a sunny day into a dark day without knowing why. Dark days without being dark. This makes that everyone, in moments of sharing comfortable, happy spaces, find people with long faces, without smiles.

Why does this happen?

As it was mentioned at the beginning of this writing, each being is unique and unrepeatable, each one carries an inner world that nobody sees (most of the times I represent it with an iceberg, the immense part that we do not see is our inner world, the little that we see is only the peak of it) nobody knows what thoughts there are, or what emotions are in conflict in that inner world.

The knowledge is an element that collaborates to understand ourselves before the others, of our reactions to what we see or what we consider that others do feeling that it is to us, therefore the knowledge when it is decided to accept that it is necessary with the glance towards subjects that refer to the internal world is healthy to learn to manage these sunny days to dark.

The knowledge in emotions, thoughts and feelings, it is valuable to assimilate it, to understand it, to practice it; this makes a great difference in the groups in which each one is accommodated.

It allows us to understand ourselves, therefore, it makes us look at an external world of different aspects. By understanding ourselves in this way we understand the inner one, we do not rush to give opinions or to judge.

This is how we can feel on a sunny day, wherever we are.

Keeping sunny days is a valid internal practice for this.

We all like to meet people who brighten up the moment, here I say that no one can expect others to come and turn our gray days into sunny ones.

How many times have you felt like this?
Have you looked at yourself without understanding what is going on?
Do you look for answers or do you just let it go?
Have you ever thought, which spaces do you usually walk through, which people do you usually accompany and who accompany you?

Always look inside you for that Sun that accompanies you, do not allow darkness in you, wherever you are.

The Sun gives us joy, energy, magic...it is within us bringing with it colors to handle those dark days that intend to stay.
