A few months ago, with everything happening in our country, Venezuela, remember that everyone has an opinion. Some try to stir up trouble, while others use their knowledge of economics and finance to talk, talk, and talk. In some ways, those who allow themselves to be swayed by these opinions can lose sleep, their little peace of mind, and their ability to take things calmly, because these times are beyond the control of ordinary citizens.

In those opinions, they said we're back in 2017, with the difference that this time there is food, but the economic aspect is lacking. What I mean by this is that every Venezuelan lives their own reality, and it's also clear that resilience has increased among young people and adults. Reinventing ourselves has been part of these times.

Reinventing ourselves involves learning to observe our surroundings while understanding that we can't control everything. Many people are working on introspection to understand this process, some because the topic appeals to them, others because they've been compelled to research and learn, all in pursuit of the inner peace and tranquility they crave.
Looking at this image is what we see in supermarkets today. These images of food shortages need to be replaced. While it's true that we all buy what our various incomes allow, the important thing is that there are different prices and places to look. I feel we've learned a valuable lesson: we must adapt, build ourselves up, and become creative so that we can maintain our tastes or enjoy them from time to time. It's true, things won't be the same as before, but they will be better. The important thing here is to work on our brains, which many of us know have the ability to create new neural pathways, and not let ourselves be swayed by the opinions of so many people on social media, as well as friends and neighbors.

I'm taking it one step at a time with this whole thing about buying things we don't eat every day; what is important is that we never lack any food in our homes.
