A pesar de las preocupaciones y expectativas, todavía nos llegan buenas noticias. ¿Cuál es una buena noticia reciente que haya recibido? Si ha pasado un tiempo, ¿qué tipo de buenas noticias te harían realmente feliz en este momento?

Las preocupaciones y expectativas forman parte del día a día de todo ser humano, quizás porque así nos han mentalizado para llamarnos responsables y preocupados por todos, con el paso del tiempo estos temas han sido objeto de estudio por especialistas en el área de la psiquiatría y psicología aportando técnicas para no caer en ellas o para manejarlas de una manera no tan estresante.

Para muchos son conocidas pero también están aquellas que no se dan por enterado acerca de ellas. Nos cuesta aceptar y entender que no hay malo ni bueno, que solo es parte de la forma como cada quien observa su situación, desde su historia y como ha sido esta, esta forma de vivir hace ver algo bueno como malo o algo malo como bueno.

En esta tema de preocupaciones y expectativas he ido aprendiendo a soltar un poco algo de ellas, si me doy por enterada de situaciones que no podemos dejar pasar por alto, así como cuando tú hijo se encuentra fuera de una empresa y solo recibe dinero por trabajos de pocos días, pero mientras esto ocurre está preparándose en diferentes temas que le aportan a su preparación para una mejor relación laboral y con mejores beneficios. Pues sí, las buenas que me hicieron feliz hace unos días es que firmó contrato con una empresa, ya queda de parte de él como se adapta a su nuevo espacio laboral.

Otra buena noticia que me haría feliz es que mi hija logre estabilizar sus proyectos para que tenga más tranquilidad en varios aspectos.

Despite worries and expectations, good news still reaches us. What is some recent good news you've received? If it's been a while, what kind of good news would truly make you happy right now?

Worries and expectations are part of every human being's daily life, perhaps because we've been conditioned to be responsible and concerned for everyone. Over time, these topics have been studied by specialists in psychiatry and psychology, who have contributed techniques to avoid falling into them or to manage them in a less stressful way.

Many are familiar with them, but there are also those who are unaware of them. We struggle to accept and understand that there is no good or bad, that it's simply a matter of how each person perceives their situation, based on their history and how it has been. This way of living makes us see something good as bad or something bad as good.

Regarding these worries and expectations, I've been learning to let go of some of them. I become aware of situations that we can't ignore, like when your son is out of work and only gets paid for short-term jobs, but while this is happening, he's preparing himself in different areas that will help him find a better job with better benefits. Well, the good news that made me happy a few days ago is that he signed a contract with a company. Now it's up to him how he adapts to his new work environment.

Another piece of good news that would make me happy is that my daughter manages to stabilize her projects so she can have more peace of mind in various aspects of her life.
