Greetings, Community!

Have a wonderful week filled with health, energy, marvelous ideas, and magic. May it be a week of connection with your inner self and great enthusiasm in every activity you undertake.

Did anyone support you during your most difficult time?
How did they help?

The life we live is full of unforgettable moments. Nothing is good, nothing is bad; it all depends on your perspective at the time of the situation that overwhelms you. We are evolving beings, and it is part of that growth to experience situations that, in one way or another, leave their mark on the soul, the mind, and in some cases, the physical body.

The support of those around us is important, even though situations arise where we don't feel or realize who was there to support or judge us.

Yes, in moments that I considered very difficult, when I saw no way out, when my mind was closed, there was at least one person who listened to me. In those times, I think that who knows what her moment was, yet she never refused to let me share what I was going through. Sometimes she said nothing, she just listened, and I was a sea of tears.

Later, I understood that my situations weren't important to other people. Some didn't seem to consider the drama of the moment; their absence was felt in those moments when a single hug could heal and soothe.

Later, as I learned to manage my emotions and feelings a little better, I learned to trust in that energy that knows better, and I directed my sorrows to it. I began to feel very subtle changes within myself. I began to feel strength in those moments without faltering. I cried, but I understood that crying is part of releasing and calming. It was then that I also began to appreciate the importance of the poem Desiderata, which I had read so many times.

Saludos Comunidad

Sometimes it is better not to expect anything from anyone and just trust ourselves. Even though sharing thoughts with others helps a lot or a little bit of support means a lot to us, it's always a wise idea to make ourselves mentally strong to deal with any circumstances... Thanks for sharing...

Yes, that's true, I agree with that sentiment. Don't expect anything from anyone.
