Estupendo día lleno de salud, energía, ideas maravillosas, magia. Encuentros con tu propio ser y mucho entusiasmo en cada actividad que realicen.


¿Cuál es tu paraíso seguro favorito para relajarte y por qué?

Cada ser en su día a día con cada una de las actividades que realiza se mantiene en constante movimiento, a veces quizás no nota ese lugar o lugares que la hacen sentir muy bien, por diferentes razones. No se ha dado cuenta que requiere desconectarse o simplemente no siente la necesidad de hacerlo.

En este caso, al terminar cada jornada diaria indistintamente fuese laboral o de otro tipo mi momento en mi mente es llegar a mi casa. Como digo ese es mi templo sagrado, siento que no debo ir a un sitio especial, que más especial que mi propia casa.

Ahora si me preguntas en que lugar de mi casa siento relajación, pues eso si ha variado un poco. Cuando mis hijos estaban pequeños y quería un momento de relax, mi habitación para mí era mi lugar seguro. Ahora, los niños ya crecieron y hay más espacio en casa, ahora mi lugar donde me agrada sentarme para mis meditaciones en la sala de mi casa, disfrutar de este espacio, mis muebles, donde tengo mi oficina, allí me relajo mucho y me siento bien.

En caso que me encuentre de paseo y hay un lugar natural árboles, plantas, flores, ruidos de aire, agua puedo alejarme un momento solo un momento para estar en paz, ir a mi centro para sentir todo esa naturaleza que me rodea.

What is your favorite safe haven for relaxation, and why?

Everyone is constantly on the move in their daily life, and sometimes, for various reasons, they don't notice the place or places that make them feel truly good. They may not realize they need to disconnect, or they simply don't feel the need to.

In my case, at the end of each day, whether it was work or something else, my first thought is to get home. As I say, it's my sacred temple. I feel I don't need to go anywhere special; what could be more special than my own home?

Now, if you ask me which place in my house I find most relaxing, well, that has changed a bit. When my children were small and I wanted a moment to unwind, my bedroom was my safe haven. Now that the children are grown and there's more space at home, my favorite place to sit for meditation is in the living room. I enjoy this space, my furniture, and my home office. It's where I relax and feel good.

If I'm out for a walk and there's a natural area with trees, plants, flowers, and the sounds of wind and water, I can step away for just a moment to find peace, to go to my center and feel all the nature that surrounds me.
