Si tuvieras ahora mismo el poder de crear una ley única en tu país,
¿cuál sería?

Interesante propuesta de esta semana, hablar de leyes es un tema de bastante responsabilidad por todo aquello que nos envuelve. Venezuela, es un país de tantas leyes que por lo general pasamos de ser atentos a todo y caemos en esto que en cuanto a leyes las dejamos pasar.

Una ley es importante, a pesar que tenemos el conocimiento de para qué existen, aunque en la realidad lo vemos injusto en las ocasiones que queremos sean aplicadas porque le ponemos un toque de emoción y por lo que sentimos en el momento.

Se dice que las leyes son injustas, porque a pesar que son aprobadas, en el momento que las requerimos no satisfacen nuestra necesidad del momento. Las leyes como nos explican deben estar fuera de emociones y puntos de vista diferentes. Hay un elemento primordial que todo ser humano de una u otra forma la ponemos en práctica como es la percepción, pienso que por ella es donde vienen todos los desajustes en la aplicación de las mismas.

Tener un poder para crear una ley única, ufff.

Usaría mi poder y mi Ley la encausaría en el Desarrollo Personal de todo Ser Humano que habita este país. Este Desarrollo Personal en términos de profundidad lo defino como ese proceso de reconocimiento interno de la cantidad de elementos que a veces nadie quiere tocar, que las instituciones educativas se alineen a este tipo de desarrollo, el enfoque no se dirija solo al cognitivo y a complacer a la sociedad en términos de modas, comodidad, quedarse con lo externo, aprender a ir a nuestro mundo interno para callar ese ruido externo.

En este proceso, vivimos en una sociedad de reconocimientos y logros académicos…donde lo personal queda a un lado. La sociedad reclama profesionales no solo con conocimientos académicos, números y otros, reclama profesionales con valores profundos, así como definimos valores universales descubrir y enaltecer esos valores individuales que hacen que un ser humano, (valga la redundancia) más humanos donde el Amor hacia sí mismo se exprese y se sienta alrededor, en la comunidad donde vive, en la relación con otras personas.

Esto haría un cambio inmenso en una sociedad donde el desarrollo personal es visto solo desde el punto de vista gerencial y como tema de estudio. Por supuesto, se evidencia en nuestro mundo que nos rodea. Al crecer como persona el mundo es otra cosa, se genera más comprensión hacia otros, por ende una mejor convivencia, en lo personal, familiar, laboral, social.

If you had the power right now to create a single law in your country,
what would it be?

This week's question is interesting. Talking about laws is a very important topic because of everything that surrounds us. Venezuela is a country with so many laws that we often fail to pay attention to them and end up letting them slide.

A law is important, even though we know why they exist. However, in reality, we often see them as unfair when we want them applied because we add a touch of emotion and what we feel at the moment.
It is said that laws are unjust because, even though they are passed, when we need them, they don't satisfy our immediate needs. As we are told, laws should be free from emotions and differing viewpoints. There's a fundamental element that every human being, in one way or another, puts into practice: perception. I think that's where all the problems in applying these laws arise.

Having the power to create a single law... wow.

I would use my power and my Law to channel it into the Personal Development of every Human Being who lives in this country. I define this Personal Development, in terms of depth, as that process of internal recognition of the many elements that sometimes no one wants to touch, that educational institutions align themselves with this type of development, that the focus isn't solely on the cognitive and pleasing society in terms of trends, comfort, or staying with the external, but rather learning to go to our inner world to silence that external noise.

In this process, we live in a society of recognition and academic achievements... where the personal is sidelined. Society demands professionals not only with academic knowledge, numbers, and other skills, but also with profound values. Just as we define universal values, we must discover and celebrate those individual values ​​that make a human being (if you'll pardon the redundancy) more human, where self-love is expressed and felt all around, in the community where they live, and in their relationships with others.

This would bring about immense change in a society where personal development is viewed only from a managerial perspective and as a subject of study. Of course, this is evident in the world around us. As we grow as individuals, the world changes; we develop greater understanding of others, and therefore, better coexistence—personally, within our families, at work, and in society.
