Greetings, Community!

Happy start to your weekend, filled with health, energy, wonderful ideas, and lots of enthusiasm in everything you do.

What simple joy do you think the world needs more of?

We live in a world where everyone is focused on their own thing, for reasons that society itself guides us through in how we live. Some say it's a lack of values, others give it different names, but one way or another, everyone chooses how to be happy and lives according to their own concept of happiness.

We are going through all kinds of changes, from formally established families to families where everyone is on their own, and conversations about all sorts of topics, including spiritual dimensions. And so, we are led along on social media with the amount of content we see. It's always said that we should filter information to avoid falling into low vibrations and frequencies, so as not to lose the peace and tranquility we have achieved. But how do you tell this to a teenager who has no control over their screen time, in a society that is increasingly aligning itself with the lifestyles they see on social media, doing so because they consider it a game? In short, it's a daunting task for parents of children and teenagers.

Based on all this, one simple joy that the world needs more of is to enjoy the wonders of nature, to be amazed by what happens around us: a sunny day, to rejoice because we have it; a rainy day, to laugh because the plants are bathing and cleaning their leaves, purifying the air; a full moon, for the natural night light it shares with us; a sky full of stars, because we can see how, united, they decipher shapes and imagine stories.

A simple joy: to believe, to trust, to laugh.
