An anecdote from a few months ago, around the middle of 2025.

A nephew received an invitation to his upcoming wedding. This led the women in the family to invite the bride-to-be over for a get-together. We didn't choose anyone's house for it; we went to a nightclub. There were about 15 of us women, including cousins, aunts, the bride-to-be, and her mother.

Each of us contributed a bucket of beer. The night unfolded with beer, music, dancing, and lots of laughter. But they didn't realize how quickly those drinks were going down! I was taking it easy, dancing, and laughing.

At one point during the night, some of the women wanted the music changed, but it wasn't possible, and they got a little annoyed. To be honest, the music wasn't anyone's favorite because it was more techno and those kinds of rhythms. That made me laugh a lot.

Another moment was when we were leaving the club. The woman I was with was a little, or more than a little, drunk. There were five of us women in the car. The owner of the car was playing music at full volume, and the driver couldn't understand the address of one of the girls we were taking home. We were all laughing, and the other one was talking and talking. Amidst all this, I just laughed and said, "These women are more out of it than anything." That's how the ride home went.

I arrived home safe and sound.

The next day, I got up early as usual and went for a walk with a group we had already arranged to meet.

When they asked me how I managed to get up so early because they couldn't—their heads weren't working—I told them, "I didn't drink much, I just danced a lot and laughed. You all went crazy." Every time we remember that moment, we burst out laughing. It was so much fun.

Una anécdota de hace unos meses, a mediados del año 2025.

Se presentó la invitación de un sobrino por su matrimonio. Esto nos llevó a las mujeres de la familia a invitar a la novia a un compartir. No se eligió casa de ninguna para eso, el lugar fue un club nocturno, fuimos cerca de 15 mujeres entre primas, tías, la novia y su madre.

Cada una su colaboración era un tobo de cervezas, así transcurrió la noche, entre cervezas, música y baile, risas por demás. Pero no se daban cuenta que iban como muy rápido esas bebidas, yo paso a paso, bailaba y reía.

Un momento de la noche unas osadas querían que les cambiaran la música, como que no fue posible y se sintieron un poco molestas, la verdad que la música no era la preferida de ninguna porque era más estilo tecno y esos ritmos. Eso me causó mucha risa.

Otro momento, la hora de la salida del local. Con quien me regresé estaba un poco o más de un poco tomada, allí regresábamos 5 mujeres, la dueña del carro ponía música a todo volumen, la choferesa no entendía la dirección de una de las chicas que llevamos a su casa, todas reíamos, la otra hablaba y hablaba, entre todo esto, solo reía, dije: nada estas mujeres están más de allá que de acá. Así transcurrió el regreso.

Llegué a casa sana y salva.

Al día siguiente, me levanté temprano como siempre y me fui a caminar con un grupo que ya habíamos quedado.

Cuando me preguntaron que como me pude levantar tan temprano porque ellas no pudieron, sus cabezas no le daban, les dije: no tomé mucho, solo baile mucho y reí. Ustedes se volvieron locas. Cada vez que recordamos ese momento las carcajadas están presentes. Fue muy divertido.

Oh, what a funny post. I can imagine the whole crazy scenario. 🤣 But it's nice you didn't lose yourself and had too much to drink but instead danced and laughed more. You even enjoyed the night out more than the others. 😂

That's right, and there are more anecdotes.

Yes, they asked me, "How did you get up so early?" I couldn't; my head was spinning and I kept falling back asleep, hahaha.

I spent my day relaxing.
