Greetings, Community
What advice would you share to explain how to acquire the knowledge and skills to navigate a constantly changing world? Include older or younger people who share your daily journey through a constant state of transition.
As the question of the week describes, we have been living in a constant state of transition in all aspects for decades, and with each passing day, change becomes more repetitive. What we learn to understand today, and sometimes without taking action, we find ourselves facing changes the very next day. Sometimes it's frustrating; there are cases where we give up, not taking any further steps, as they say, that's where the enthusiasm ends.
As an educator for years, I experienced this transition of changes at the technological level. It was necessary to accept this change to incorporate the new. Of course, like many, there was fear; it's always there because, as I explain, changes occur daily in the technological sphere, coupled with other factors. It was a challenge, but at least I didn't just watch others learn or begin this process.

Everything is knowledge. Just as we receive information about everything we can do, and our brains are capable of adapting to these changes, that's where we need to prepare ourselves: by accepting change and understanding that with patience and dedication we can improve, without getting frustrated. When I encounter something new and feel like I'm not progressing or it's not going as expected, I get up, breathe, walk around for a bit, and sit back down. But I don't leave it there; I start again until I discover where the obstacle was that was holding me back.
My advice is to stay calm because we can all acquire knowledge. Some progress faster than others, but everyone should maintain their own learning pace, regardless of age. Another point is that everyone has their own way of learning and sees different paths to reach the right point in a skill or area of knowledge. Respect those paths; there isn't just one way. That you can later adjust your approach to do it faster is another matter. Sometimes, I take the longer route because I feel more confident, even if it takes a little longer.
