An excellent question. It's something everyone makes decisions about at the start of the year; the key is to stick to the decision and find a way to maintain it.
For years, I've decided to look for the easiest path to happiness. This path doesn't exempt me from problems because we are human beings and therefore social beings. We belong to a family, to a society, and in one way or another, external factors involve and envelop us, sometimes causing us to take on things that are out of control, even if they aren't ours. As they say, we fill our backpacks with things that aren't ours to carry.

Based on this, the path is long. This journey has been full of theoretical research, legal foundations, and personal experiences with everyone I've encountered along the way. That search led me to study energy, vibration, frequency, levels of these, neuroscience, neuroplasticity—all on my own—emotions, feelings, and sciences like epigenetics. Each day I discovered something more about the inner world of being. My mind was filled with many of these concepts, which isn't a bad thing because it was part of my evolution. This evolution has led me to understand, to feel, to begin the path of simply being an observer and to understand that everyone has their own process and must live it. This was invaluable to me; listening to intuition, feeling that there is something greater than yourself guiding you, is not easy. These topics aren't for everyone. There are those who still judge about this, and yet this learning is truly important for achieving the happiness we all aspire to.
I've let go of many things. As the year ends and the new one begins, it is, and will continue to be, a matter of paying more attention to the intuition that we are all part of, but we must silence the external noise and focus on our own inner silence to truly feel it.
The beginning of this year, focused on several things I've come to understand, has been very helpful, especially in finding peace and happiness amidst the turmoil around us. It's helped me trust myself and the Creator more, to have calm, and many other things like that. Understanding that everything is within me, noticing signs, but above all, trusting and remaining calm.

Una pregunta excelente, es algo que cada quien cuando inicia el año toma decisiones el detalle es que la decisión tomada sea mantenida y encuentre el camino para mantenerse en el.
Desde hace años decidí buscar el camino más fácil para ser feliz, este camino no me exime de problemas porque somos seres humanos y por ende seres sociales, pertenecemos a una familia, a una sociedad, de alguna u otra forma factores externos a nosotros nos involucran y nos envuelven que a veces nos tomamos eso que descontrola para uno mismo, así no sea de uno. Como se dice se van llenando los morrales con cosas que no nos corresponden.
En base a esto el camino es largo, ese recorrido ha estado lleno de búsquedas teóricas, basamentos legales, experiencias propias de cada ser que me encontré en ello. Esa búsqueda me llevó a estudiar mucho acerca de energía, vibración, frecuencia, niveles de esto, neurociencia, neuroplasticidad de forma autodidacta, emociones sentimientos, ciencias como la epigenètica. Cada día iba descubriendo algo más en relación al mundo interno del ser. Mi cabeza estuvo lleno de muchas de estas, no es malo porque fue parte de mi evolución, esta evolución me ha llevado a comprender, entender, sentir, como iniciar ese camino de ser solo observadora y comprender que cada quien tiene su proceso y debe vivirlo, esto fue para mí fue de mucho valor, nada sencillo eso de escuchar la intuición, sentir que hay algo superior a ti que te guía. Estos temas no son para todos. Hay quienes siguen juzgando acerca de esto y en realidad es importante este aprendizaje. Para ser felices como se pretende.
He dejado ir muchas cosas, al terminar el año y comenzar el nuevo es y va a seguir siendo prestar más atención a la intuición de la que todos somos parte, pero hay que dejar el ruido de afuera y enfocarse en el silencio propio para sentir eso.
El comienzo de este año enfocado en varias cosas que he ido comprendiendo me ha servido de mucho, sobre todo de sentir paz y sentirme feliz en medio de lo convulsionado que está nuestro alrededor y confiar más en mí, en el Creador, a tener calma, y muchas cosas de este estilo. Comprender que todo está dentro de mí, darme cuenta de señales, pero sobre todo Confiar y mantener la Calma.
