Gratitude helps improve our overall well-being.
Do you practice a life of gratitude?
If so, what are you most grateful for today?
Being grateful is one of the new ways of looking at life. This has been popping up on social media very quickly, and most people who are dedicated to collaborating with the pursuit of well-being for others have understood it this way.
I woke up in my early years giving thanks, without knowing why. We were always told we should be grateful for what we always enjoyed at home, but in a comparative sense. We should be grateful for what we have, while others don't.
Science, I like to name it because it has scientifically demonstrated the results of being grateful for health, peace, and good coexistence... these results are shown in the conversations we have with them in interviews. These scientists, despite being scientists, became interested in this topic because they experienced individual situations that made them see, feel, believe, and trust in an energy that knows more.
Gratitude is such an expansive energy field that moves many things. This gratitude from the heart is a process to come to understand and assimilate it. Although there are philosophies that say that simply saying thank you, even if you don't feel it, is gratifying, I believe that if this is true, this energy is so immense that it achieves excellent results in the people who practice it.

Today I am grateful for another day of life, for the health of my children and husband, for the money that flows in smoothly for our daily activities, for the daily movement I make with my body so naturally, for the people I meet on my morning walks: today I ran into a coworker I haven't heard from in a long time. It was just a greeting, but filled with joy. We didn't talk much, but I am still grateful for her presence. I am grateful for my therapist, whom I meet with to continue my work on self-knowledge, which I am making progress on step by step each day. I am grateful for the topics we discuss, the tasks I need to do, for the money I raised to pay for this consultation. For the food we get for today. For the dog we have at home and the chickens my husband has that give us eggs every day.
When we get used to being grateful as part of our daily lives, we are always grateful for more. There are always things that come up for which we are grateful.

Si es así, ¿de qué estás más agradecido hoy?
El ser agradecido es una de las nuevas formas de ver la vida, esto porque ha salido en las redes sociales de una forma muy rápida en el sentido que la mayoría de las personas que se dedican a colaborar con la búsqueda de bienestar de las otras personas así lo han entendido.
Me levanté en mi crecimiento dando gracias, sin saber porqué. Siempre nos decían que teníamos que ser agradecidos de lo que siempre disfrutábamos encasa pero en el sentido de comparación. Agradecer que nosotros tenemos, en cambio hay quienes no.
La ciencia, me gusta nombrarla porque se ha encargado de demostrar científicamente los resultados de ser agradecidos en la salud, la paz, la buena convivencia…estos resultados se muestran en las conversaciones que se tienen con ellos en las entrevistas, estos científicos a pesar de ser científicos llegaron a interesarse en este tema porque vivieron situaciones individuales que les hizo ver, sentir, creer y confiar en una energía que sabe más.
La gratitud es un campo energético tan expandido que mueve muchas cosas, esa gratitud con el corazón es un proceso para llegar a comprenderla y asimilarla; aunque existen filosofías que dicen que solo decir gracias así no lo sientas es gratificante, pienso yo si es así esa energía es tan inmensa que logra excelentes resultados en las personas que la practican.
Hoy estoy agradecida por un día más de vida, por la salud de mis hijos y esposo, por el dinero que llega de forma fluida para nuestras actividades del día, agradezco por el movimiento diario que realizo con mi cuerpo de forma muy natural, agradezco por las personas que encuentro en mis caminatas matutinas: hoy me encontré con una compañera de trabajo, mucho tiempo sin saber de ella, fue solo un saludo pero cargado de alegría, no conversamos mucho, igual agradezco su presencia, agradezco por mi terapista que nos encontramos para continuar mi trabajo de autoconocimiento que paso a paso cada día avanzo más, por los temas que conversamos, las tareas que debo hacer, por el dinero que reuní para el pago de esta consulta. Por los alimentos del día. Por la perrita que tenemos en casa y las gallinas que tiene mi esposo y nos dan huevos todos los días.
Cuando nos acostumbramos que el agradecimiento sea parte de nuestro día a día agradecemos siempre por más, siempre hay cosas que surgen que damos gracias.
