What do you enjoy doing most lately?
On different occasions, I have shared about tastes and how they vary according to the environments and ages or stages we experience in our lives. There have truly been many changes from what I did years ago.
For many years, I worked in education, as a primary school teacher and university lecturer, but that has changed. Currently, in the field of education, I serve as a thesis juror at the master's level.
I think it's because of the changes or the activities I always wanted to do, and today I find myself on that path. Changes in my daily life have been very beneficial for my health, as have changes in groups with different ways of thinking and different professions. I feel a different energy.
For a long time, one of the things I wanted to do was practise yoga. About three months ago, without thinking about it, I found a group very close to home, because the groups I had found before were very far away and had schedules that were not convenient for me due to distance and transport.

So I joined the weekend group. Nothing you read about this philosophy is complete. You work a lot on your body, mind and spirit, the positions, the balance, which is not easy, but as your body adapts, it's great... I mean, I'm making progress. Flexibility is important, and it's a progress that is made when you enjoy this type of practice, in addition to commitment and interest.
In this practice, in addition to yoga, the instructor plans aerobics, resistance, step and circuit training sessions, which are really interesting.
Another activity I enjoy is writing, which is why I stay on this platform, feed my creativity and participate in weekly initiatives such as this community, as well as others. I also write about my own topics and reflections on a bit of everything.
Another activity I enjoy is trying out different dishes, with different seasonings or changing ingredients in dishes I have made, as a way of creating and changing flavours. I think that because of the time I enjoy, I no longer have strict working hours, I can decide whether to do it or not, take a few days off, so there is more time to do different activities, without pressure.

¿Qué es lo que más te gusta hacer últimamente?
En diferentes oportunidades he compartido acerca de los gustos y como van variando de acuerdo a los entornos y las edades o etapas que vamos viviendo en el camino de nuestra vida. De verdad que los cambios han sido muchos para lo que hacía hace años atrás.
Me dediqué por muchos años a la profesión en educación, maestra de escuela básica, profesora universitaria, esto ha variado. Actualmente, en el área de educación cumplo con funciones como jurado de tesis a nivel de maestría.
Pienso que se debe a los cambios o a aquellas actividades que siempre quise hacer, hoy me encuentro en ese camino. Cambios en mi vida diaria, muy favorecedores para mi salud, cambios de grupos con otras formas de pensar, diferentes profesiones, se siente una energía diferente.
Desde hace tiempo una de las cosas que quise hacer fue practicar Yoga, resulta que hace unos tres meses sin pensar encontré un grupo muy cerca de casa, porque los grupos que encontraba eran muy distantes y en horarios que por distancia y transporte no me parecían conveniente.
Pues me sumé al grupo de Fin de Semana, nada de lo que uno lee acerca de esta filosofía, en muy completo, se trabaja mucho cuerpo, mente y espíritu, las posiciones, el equilibrio nada sencillo, como el cuerpo se va adaptando es genial…digo voy progresando. La flexibilidad es importante y es un progreso que se hace cuando hay gusto por este tipo de práctica, además del compromiso e interés.
En esta práctica, además de la práctica de Yoga, la instructora planifica sesiones de aerobics, resistencia, step, circuito, que de verdad es bien interesante.
Otra actividad que disfruto es escribir, por ello me mantengo en esta plataforma, alimento mi creatividad, participo en iniciativas semanales como la de esta comunidad, así como en otras. También mis propios temas, reflexiones un poco de todo.
Otra actividad que me agrada le he tomado interés a hacer platos diferentes, con sazones diferentes o cambiar ingredientes en platos que he realizado, una manera de crear y cambiar sabores. Considero que por los espacios de tiempo que disfruto, ya no tengo horarios estrictos laborales, puedo decidir si hacerlo o no, descansar unos días, entonces hay más espacios para hacer diferentes actividades, sin presiones.
Me ha gustado lo que he incorporado en mi dìa a dìa.
