1️⃣ If your life had a title like a Netflix series, what would it be?
Life brings us so many surprises that titles are really ideal for this series called life. Putting a title on something is like labeling ourselves in those areas that we have perhaps always sought to change. I have always found it a little difficult to come up with catchy titles, even for the articles I write on this platform. Every time they ask me to write a title with a lot of creativity, I struggle.
Therefore, titles must be eye-catching to attract many viewers in the front row to get attention and be an example of life's ups and downs or simply say I like the protagonist's attitude.
The name that comes to mind right now would be A GRADUAL AWAKENING, precisely because we go through life experiencing things that happen to us in our thoughts and actions, lessons that organically awaken us until we reach that moment when we say, “I woke up,” and begin to look at our surroundings from another, more positive point of view in every situation we continue to face, such as a change in the words we say; we tend to say, “I'm worried about such and such a situation” instead of saying, “I'm dealing with such and such a situation.” It's about turning around and finding quick answers to those situations.
That would be the reason for the title of my life for Netflix.

I always believed that public speaking was one of the easiest things to do, despite using techniques for it. For me, it has been quite tedious, even though on several occasions I have given talks to an audience, with prior preparation, on topics that I had to prepare very well for. Sometimes the flow of words would stop despite having a certain level of mastery, so the skill I would like to master instantly would be being a SPEAKER. I really admire people who make videos with such ease, who speak in public in the simplest way, and who I feel don't bore the audience. However, I am still sometimes invited to give talks on specific topics. I don't really like it, but I do it anyway.
It's really hard to choose which skill to forget, because if you leave one out, another remains incomplete. For the purposes of this post, I would leave out the skill of presenting written ideas, because sometimes it's not easy to express thoughts and feelings naturally, adding the concept of quantum physics and spirituality in a way that is understandable to a reading audience, or to those who are interested in the topics I like to write about.

1️⃣ Si tu vida tuviera un título como una serie de Netflix, ¿cuál sería?
La vida nos trae tantas sorpresas que de verdad los títulos son ideales para esta serie llamada vida. Colocar un título es etiquetarnos en esos temas que quizás siempre se ha buscado la forma de cambiar. Para colocar títulos de realce, siempre me ha costado un poco, inclusive para los escritos en esta plataforma, cada vez que colocan escribe un título que con mucha creatividad, me cuesta.
Por ello, los títulos deben ser llamativos para tener muchos veedores en primera fila para lograr la atención y sea un ejemplo de vida de caídas y levantadas o simplemente decir me gusta la actitud de la protagonista.
El nombre que me viene a la mente en este momento sería UN DESPERTAR PAULATINO, precisamente porque vamos en la vida viviendo experiencias que nos ocurren en pensamiento y acciones, aprendizajes que de manera orgánica fueron despertando llegando ese momento de decir desperté, comenzando a mirar lo que nos rodea desde otro punto de vista o más positivo ante cada situación que seguimos enfrentado, como un cambio en las palabras que decimos; tendemos a decir me preocupa tal situación en vez de decir me ocupo en tal situación, es dar la vuelta y encontrar respuestas prontas a dichas situaciones.
Ese sería el porqué del título de mi vida para Netflix
2️⃣ Si pudieras dominar al instante una habilidad pero olvidar otra que ya sabes, ¿cuál elegirías?
Siempre creí que para hablar en público era de los más sencillo, a pesar de usar técnicas para ello. Para mí ha sido bastante tedioso a pesar que en diversas ocasiones dirigí charlas ante un público, con preparación previa, sobre temas que debí prepararme muy bien, a veces la fluidez de las palabras se detenía a pesar de tener cierto dominio , por ello la habilidad que me gustaría dominar al instante sería el ser ORADORA, admiro mucho las personas que realizan vídeos con tanta soltura, hablan en público de la manera más sencilla, siento que no aburren al público, sin embargo a veces todavía me invitan a dar charlas en temas específicos. No me agrada mucho, sin embargo lo hago.
De verdad es un poco fuerte hacer la elección de olvidar una habilidad, porque si dejas una queda otra incompleta, para efectos de este post, dejaría la habilidad de presentar ideas escritas, que a veces no es sencillo expresar pensamientos y sentimientos de forma natural añadiendo el concepto de cuántica y espiritualidad que sea entendible para un público lector, o se interesa en los temas que me gusta escribir.

When I selected the questions for the contest, I really took time to reflect before making my final selection. "Giving your own life a title like Netflix"- Hmm, I am still thinking what title I will choose for my life journey because, like you said, it's not easy. Choosing a title for anything is never easy.
I am really happy to know that you wanna master your public speaking skill. I don't have that skill and I often feel frozen whenever I have to talk infront of a large audience...

Yes, although I have worked in university environments, I have had to give talks and participate in events. I never stop stressing about every presentation, even if I know the subject.
I admire a lot my colleagues who do it so calmly and if they make a mistake they go on as if nothing happened...a blockage I have to work on.

I also have issues with public speaking,it scares me but one thing I noticed about myself is the fact that, whenever I muster the courage to speak I do it well and it flows so easily.
Speaking on a topic am familiar with and enjoys, makes even more easier for me even though my social anxiety is on a 💯
