Stairs go up, stairs go down, just like life... we go up, we go down, and sometimes we don't know if we're up or down.

When they feel down, they should look for the way up without listening to the comments of others that hinder them. They don't understand; instead of lifting them up, they bring them down, so always keep your eyes up.

When you see stairs, think for a moment: up or down, wherever you are, keep moving, never stop, because that's how life is, everything is in motion, everything that moves has life, you're going to stop, trust yourself and what moves you.
