Hello #Freewriters community
The gala night has finally arrived. That night where all passions overflow in the lucid presence of all those who want to stand out amidst the lights, music, and body movements to achieve a connection with the audience, remembering that body language is part of our lives and we also communicate with its movements.
For many, Tango is seen as an art form, and those who, through music, manage to connect with a partner who matches what they want to convey.
It's an art, a true art, for being an expression of so many years ago. I don't know if I should call it legendary, but you could say it's part of a country's culture.
There was Anita, waiting for her turn. An 80-year-old grandmother who has been a fan of this dance all her life. She participated in events, showcasing her talent as a dancer in this art of tango. Anita's story is that her physical health deteriorated slightly, and this is what motivates her, gives her joy, and is part of her therapy to improve her physical health. She had been unable to move for a while. When she started doing so, listening to tango music felt like coming back to life and rejoicing in the face of so many therapies to delay her departure, to bid farewell to this earthly plane.
Her relatives were opposed to her participation in that night of lights. They thought she wouldn't make it.

Her beloved grandson, with whom she has shared much of her life, was the one who encouraged her to dance again. Step by step, she was able to achieve movements she hadn't allowed herself in months. He dared to be her partner that night of lights.
They practiced and practiced. Her beloved grandson was convinced he was doing something for his beloved grandmother and that he should somehow return what she had done for him. He took tango lessons. During rehearsals with his grandmother, he saw her smile, as if dancing in the air. She gave him tips on how to make his movements look very exotic. This drew him closer to her and made her happy.
That long-awaited evening, amidst lights and colors. Applause, laughter, surprises. His beloved grandmother was the surprise of the night with her masterful performance of the chosen melody. There was much applause for her participation despite her age and the health process she had undergone, which is still improving. This gave her a lot of energy. She felt she should dance until God allowed her to. The company of her grandson and the motivation he gave her served to increase her strength.
Anita became more confident again and decided to dance every day at home, her movements slow but harmonious. Her relatives, who were medical professionals, were amazed at her improvement. Every day was a party at Anita's house to celebrate the life she still enjoyed with her family and her beloved grandson.
Everyone began to see tango as a wonderful art form that demonstrated the value of body movement and the connection with one's partner.
