There I am, simply looking at myself in the mirror.
My confident gaze describes me.
It describes me: beautiful, full of light.
The darkness that dwelled within me
has been cast aside.


Only Light, only Light on my path
A path I begin to walk
Without judgment, without criticism, just me.


Walking confidently
Patient, calm, with my inner being
Who accompanies me.
