Welcome Back

WoW what a battle I just had and I am hoping 2026 get's a lot better and I have a feeling that it will. I recently learned a valuable lesson. Doesn't matter what you plan in life it doesn't ask for permission, it just happens.

You might have noticed I took a break from InLeo to deal with some personal matters. Nothing dramatic in the way headlines make things sound, just the kind of real life stuff that demands your full attention. (That's a lie, it was definitely headlines and I featured across the nation as some kind of criminal when I am not). But I took a break to do some reflection. Sometimes you realise that logging in and posting threads has to take a back seat for a while and it wasn't an easy decision. Especially as I absolutely believe in and support Web 3.0.

If you’ve been around Hive or InLeo long enough, you know it’s more than just a platform. It becomes part of your daily rhythm. You check in, you engage, you post, you comment, you watch charts, you follow narratives. It’s community, opportunity and creativity all in the one place.

Sometimes You Need To Take A Break

I needed space to reset mentally. To focus on what was directly in front of me. To recalibrate. Social platforms even decentralised ones still require energy and I just didn’t have the mental bandwidth. When life demands you to focus forcing yourself to keep posting can start to feel hollow and I wanted my contributions to be of benefit to the platform.

One thing I learned during that time is that stepping away doesn’t mean you’re quitting. It just means you’re human. One small regret I have is that I didn’t earn enough before stepping away to keep my premium status active. I was hoping to maintain that momentum.

It’s a reminder that Hive rewards consistency. The longer you stay active, the more the compounding effect works in your Favor. Stepping away interrupts it. Now that I’m back, one of my goals is simple to rebuild that consistency. Post regularly. Engage more, continue to earn enough to regain premium. Contribute enough that it feels worthwhile again.

Keep Building

I was hoping to return to a moon...... Instead… it looks like we’re in a bit of a dip.

Just remember that Cryptocurrency doesn’t move in straight lines. Hive has been through cycles before. InLeo has evolved through multiple iterations. Markets breathe. They expand, they contract. The long term builders are the ones who stick around through both.

If anything, coming back during a dip might be healthier. It reminds you that this space isn’t just about price. It’s about building networks, ideas, communities and content that lasts beyond a single cycle.

Anyway, Great to be back! How have you all been?
