The state of inavailable electronics

In the state of emergency, when the transformer was out of order and not working the town required energy and electricity. Because the prime minister was arriving anytime soon and upon hearing the that the electronics were not there the prime minister and the mayor were so infuriated upon the management that they fired so many employees and hired new.

It was the sorry and sorted state of affairs which made them take this drastic step.
