Forgiveness is vital to have a life lived in freedom and happiness. Grudges will only make your heavier, worse and full of pain. Happiness is when you hold no any grudge and bad feeling towards others.

For me, how to forgive someone, Forgiveness is a process of letting go of anger, resentment, and the desire for revenge towards someone who has hurt you.

forgiving according to the Bible means choosing love, mercy, and obedience to God over holding on to pain. In Ephesians 4:31-32, we are reminded to 'get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger. and be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
