I would like to say here that it is better than giving money to people that we should give them jobs. If that person is good, he will earn money from this job and keep his whole family happy. We will continue to give them money and the system will run like this. This system will have to be changed.
It's important to remember that while we are called to be generous to people or relatives we also have a responsibility to manage our own finances wisely. It's okay to say NO to requests for money if it would put you in a difficult position.
