The Big Difference between Assumption and Rumours - PART 1

Assumption and Rumour and entirely two different things because most people take them for each other and it is not actually So even tho there have to be one before the second one can actually do so if there is no one there is actually not going to be the other but let’s go deeper into the topic. In what way do you view Assumption and Rumour, my own perspective will be dropped today and yours also will be appreciated in the comment section.

When we talk about assumption and rumour, but actually dwell on information which are not actually verified but people see it as the truth. This kind of stuff do not come from a single source but different people and different places and that is why it is easy and faster to believe than the truth. In most cases rumour are better believe than the real truth because the truth is seen as lie since there is no real evidence even though there is evidence before it can change the impression rumour already created in people’s mind it will go a long way and take a while before it can be changed.

Now i will define both of them one after the other so as to see things differently the way i see it.

ASSUMPTION : This is actually a belief you see and accept as the through it is not been said to you but this is a personal belief and conclusion different from what others might see just to be able to move on from the past and focus on the new thing which you can bring to the mind. Assumption is just like overthinking because it comes along with conclusion and you belief what you are thinking is the final. Like an example now you texted and called someone 5 times and the person didn’t pick or reply assumption set in that the person might actually be in a meeting, or be sleeping or actually ignoring you without confirming why.

RUMOUR : Rumour is actually a story or let me say information that is transferred from one person to another without verification also from the source of the matter. This is different from a belief, you do not belief what you hear in rumour you just say it because it is coming from someone who you think knows the truth of the matter and that is why rumour is very hard not to believe since more than two people are saying the same thing at different time and also different places..

Let’s look at this example, I heard someone stole money from the bank and i told another person without verifying the other person started saying it around also which is not true then that is how it continue to spread and people believe it is the truth. If they later find out the truth, they would see it as a lie..

The two differences between the two is that assumption is a mindset or let me say within and also the rumour is external because it deals with different people and different places. I know I can’t say all once but i will have to continue in another post where we will talk about how they are generated or where most come from.
