Its been long overdue to give rewards to players for participating and not having to spend a ton. One other drawback I see is how we can level up these reward cards. I hope future storyline will allow us to raise these cards to max level.

Yea. I read into a bit more, but it looks like they plan on releasing packs for foundation cards. I guess it might mean that we have to spend to level them up, but the future chapters might give us higher level cards.
