Looking For Land Opportunities

Recently I have been diving in on what type of lands could generate the best passive income for my current situation. I have five plots and a little over a million DEC to spend but not sure how to invest it. I have staked my DEC in SPL Trader for months now so I am not earning nothing here but trying to figure out if investing that asset into lands would benefit me in earning more passive income.

Looking through land plots it was not difficult to find information for what would boost particular stats and yield more resources. The official game has a great guide to read if one is interested.

One major problem I am seeing is the PP number that exclusively effects land production. Cards have associated CP and PP numbers but it is not straight forward as to finding the PP numbers. For those unaware CP is the collection power or equal to DEC burn value. While PP is the production power with the higher number equating to more production of resource when card is staked in a specific plot.

I could not find PP stats on my most common go to sites such as peakmonsters and splintercards. However there are a couple of sites out there that are currently having some luck in PP stats.

https://monstercards.store/buyCardsGrouped/list

First site is monstercards.store. The site lists user's cards or buyer's market and one can filter through PP numbers. Not all PP values are clear but at least the stats are showing up for the cards. Black foil cards especially is outputting in accurate data, which maybe due to why not many websites have a tool to filter out PP.

Still players can filter PP points on legacy cards and see some really cool stats. I did not know gold foil alpha max cards carry 100k in PP points! This basically means one of these max cards is sufficient in producing max production for a land plot.

The filtering of different stats and abilities is very straight forward and easy to find. The trouble I have is that I can not shrink the tools so I can scroll through more of the cards but instead have to roll down and have a viewing window with limited list of cards.

Another website useful in filtering PP is iron-legion.org. The platform has a simple interface and only shows stats so one have wider amount of data shown on screen at a signal moment. The max PP for cards can be filtered and the current cost on open market to get that amount of PP for specific card is listed to be easy to find.

On top of all that the site has most often use cards in modern and wild league and lists the outcome of matches of how many times it lost and won when used. Fascinating stats that I do not see to often where third party websites share.

Back to trying to earn more with land plots. There is still a lot to play around and think about regarding land plots. I can either invest my liquidity into more plots or I can stake it into liquidity pools to earn rewards. The latter is easier to handle as I do not ever need to harvest or ever check and will continuously earn rewards. Versus the land production I will have to juggle the production of resources and harvest them at least once a week. On the other hand using land plots allow me to use cards that I would not be able to rent out. In other words using majority of my resources to yield some form of asset rather than letting it sit around. In the long run it likely would probably be land use that comes out the winner since there is more potential uses to come with them.
