Land Prices Rising Jan 2026

On almost a daily basis I have been watching land plot prices in hopes to find some bargains. Instead over the last few days I have seen land plots prices on the rise and on a consistent basis. The current cheapest price is $14 and for a grain producing plot $25.

Do note low price land plots were always limited but as of lately they have become even less frequent. There is data evidence proving the utility of land plots is on the rise.

47k to 51k in the past half a year is not significant in terms of adoption but it is still rising. I would imagine there are still players holding out in further land price appreciation instead of trying to sell their land plots. At least that is what I am hoping for.

I have been trying to rise in grain production and been waiting for a bargain for grain plot. From common to rare and even epic prices have risen. In addition legendary plots are limited on the open market.

My land production is near relative to all players is in the middle of the pack while my other resources are near the bottom. This is fine for me as my main goal is to build up a grain surplus.
