Resource Credit System Explained in Simple Terms

The Resource Credit system on Hive is like a special kind of ticket that lets you do things on the platform.

Imagine you're at an amusement park, and you need tickets to ride the roller coaster or play games. On Hive, when you want to post, comment, or vote, you use these "tickets" called Resource Credits.

Everyone on Hive gets a certain number of these tickets for free, and they refill over time. If you run out, you can't do as many things until they refill.

But, if you have a lot of Hive Power (which is like having a lot of money in the amusement park), you get more tickets, so you can do more things without running out.

That's the Resource Credit system in a nutshell!

It helps make sure everyone can use the platform without it getting too crowded or slow.

The HP is your solar panel that charge your battery (Resource Credits) a 20% every day. Every action you do in Hive will consume energy, try to not expend more than 20% daily or you will run out energy.

You spend resource credits when you interact with Hive, which makes your account more exhausted the more heavily you use it. It needs time to recover its strength. The more powerful your account, the more resource credits it has to keep going before having to rest.
