Day of 2025-08-23

This morning started off with a jog, and honestly, it couldn’t have gone any better. At first, the rain came down, making me wonder if I should even continue, but I decided to push through. Strangely enough, as I came close to the end of the run, the rain began to ease, and by the time I was bakc at home - it had stopped completely. I hope I can avoid a cold.

The rest of the day didn’t slow down one bit, though. I was tied up with a number of errands, moving from one task to the next without much of a pause and getting to places - that was the worst. Along the way, I unexpectedly bumped into an old friend, and that moment alone made the hectic pace worthwhile. We caught up quickly, and though it wasn’t a long conversation, it was refreshing to reconnect.
Spent an extra hour at the cafe with him.
The downside, however, was that by the time everything wrapped up, I had no real window left to crunch numbers on $INDEX, which I had planned for earlier.

Even with the missed opportunity to dig deeper into $INDEX, I kept an eye on the market. There was some slight backtracking overall, but what stood out was how $HIVE held relatively high despite the dip. Even more encouraging was seeing $LEO hit the $0.15 mark, which is a solid outcome given the broader backdrop.

That kind of resilience in certain assets reinforces the importance of strategic buys. With that in mind, I’m leaning toward adding positions in $SURGE, $LSTR, and of course, more $LEO.

It feels like the right balance of risk and upside in the current environment.

On top of that, the market depth itself flipped in an interesting way.

It’s as if the underlying moves have reset the playing field, leaving certain positions locked in place like chess pieces mid-game. The sentiment seems to suggest that traders are waiting for a decisive move rather than rushing in. It's still a small pond, but additional creeks and rivers are about to bash in.

I hope you enjoyed your #caturday

Good posture is important for pain or trouble free back (upper back and lower back). Sitting straight is a well-accepted norm for a healthy back. However, more can be done for a trouble-free back. Such as

  • Keep moving: Stand, stretch, and take regular breaks from a long sitting/standing position
  • Building strength through simple exercise
  • Changing mindset and remain stress-free
