Day of 2025-07-15

I started yesterday morning with a jog under clear skies, enjoying the kind of weather that makes you want to stay out longer. With no rain yesterday and none in the forecast, the trails were dry and smooth, perfect for keeping a steady pace without worrying about slipping or muddy patches. The fresh air and quiet made it one of those runs where everything just clicks.

I also kept up with some light $HBD trades throughout the day—nothing too wild, but enough to keep the numbers moving in the right direction. The market offered a few small windows where I could dip in and out with a bit of profit
I’ll keep watching for those micro-opportunities while staying ready for bigger swings.

Lack of sleep (sleeplessness/insomnia) is prevalent everywhere! Around 15% of American adults suffer from it every month!! Medications, behavioral therapy, etc, are well-established management options for insomnia. CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) is a time-consuming or slow option. Hence, many people prefer sleeping pills.

A new study revealed that some gentle exercise (yoga, tai chi, walking, jogging, etc) could be quite an effective management option for sleeplessness!
