I began Good Friday with an early morning run, even though the wind was still holding strong. The breeze added a bit of resistance, which made the effort feel more intense. There's something grounding about starting the day with movement, especially on a holiday that invites reflection.

LTC was still down yesterday, and a lot of positions remain locked up, making the overall flow pretty stagnant. There’s a small trickle of revenue coming in, but it’s far from the usual—most of the activity has shifted toward extracting value from what’s already on the table.
