Continuing with what I did today, I went to a restaurant where the food is very delicious, I went for lunch and they surprised me with a very nice purple flower to decorate my mashed potatoes, the soup is what I love the most because I love soup, and in general the food was super rich, after eating I went for my pre workout which in this case is a strong american coffee without sugar, to wake up that gym trainer spirit, and of course then I went to train, something that can not miss, and less if last week was a little lazy the fact that I could not go because of the events I was attending, I do not regret it of course, but you always have to take into account that detail.
La palabra especial de la semana ha sido GIRL POWER o EMPOWERED, y es que esto empezó desde que se quien soy, desde que tome el control de mi vida, desde que se lo que merezco, se que puede sonar un poco cliché pero manifestar tu vida sin mezquindad te da todo lo que desees, el secreto esta en creértelo, creerte lo que eres, planificar como y quien quieres ser, como te quieres expresar, que quieres desprender y que quieres que las demás personas se lleven de ti, es básico empezar a actuar como lo que manifiestas sin pensar en que no lo eres, o sin dudar en que podría ser así, la vida me ha enseñado que confiar y creértelo es la clave, que este mundo puede sorprenderte de maneras inimaginables, soy fiel creyente que lo que sueñas lo puedes lograr.
Siguiendo con lo que hice el dia de hoy, fue ir a un restaurante donde la comida es muy deliciosa, fui por el almuerzo y me sorprendieron con una flor morada muy bonita de adorno en mi puré de papas, la sopa es lo que mas me encanta porque amo la sopa, y en general la comida estuvo super rica, luego de comer fui por mi pre entreno que en este caso es un café americano fuerte sin azúcar, para despertar ese espíritu entrenador de gimnasio, y claro esta que luego fui a entrenar, algo que no puede faltar, y menos si la semana pasada estuvo un poco flojo el hecho de que no pude ir por los eventos a los que estuve asistiendo, no me arrepiento claro esta, pero siempre hay que tener en cuenta ese detalle.
