9 months ago I started with a new routine and new habits that I knew would improve my life in many aspects, among them is going 5 days a week and lifting weights in the gym, coupled with a routine that allows me to progressively grow my muscles, stay in shape, stay healthy in body and mind.

Como es usual en mi vida estar al pendiente de mi horario no negociable con el gimnasio, este dia fue de hacer otras cositas por lo que no me dio tiempo cocinar en casa, así que fui a la confiable, un restaurante de almuerzos corrientes que hay en el camino al gimnasio, y me sorprendió lo rico que estaba todo, desde la sopa, hasta la pechuga a la parrilla, y es que este restaurante también tiene una linda presentación de sus platos y es bastante comida, nutritiva y suficiente para cumplir un poco con lo que me exige el cuerpo para rendir.
