No matter the day, you always have to dedicate time to your body, especially when you don't want to, that's when you are telling yourself that is when you should not stop, that's when you know that you are building a habit, that the days keep passing and you have to take the reins of your body with intelligence, do not let yourself be defeated by procrastination, I love that I take it easy, with love and responsibility, it takes time but I enjoy the process, and it is basically a decision made for the rest of life basically, once you start and build there is no turning back, today there was a lot of legs, a lot of exercise to which little by little I am adding more weight, with responsibility and very controlled.

I started doing leg weights, and since I hadn't done that much cardio all week, I went to the bikes to pedal for a while and I felt so comfortable that I did about 30 minutes on the bike, the view was beautiful, with good music, the truth is I don't always enjoy the treadmill so I don't do that many minutes, but I make up for it by walking back and/or going, so I took my time to look out the window, while pedaling.

I am quite happy with the progress and I want to remain committed even when you think that weekends are enjoyed differently, not in my case, I do enjoy my time.


No importa el dia, siempre hay que dedicarle tiempo a tu cuerpo, sobre todo cuando no quieres, es ahí cuando te estas indicando a ti mismo que es cuando no debes parar, es ahí cuando sabes que estas construyendo un habito, que los días siguen pasando y que tienes que tomar las riendas de tu cuerpo con inteligencia, no dejarte vencer por la procrastinación, me encanta que me lo tomo con calma, con amor y con responsabilidad, lleva tiempo pero disfruto el proceso, y es básicamente una decisión tomada para el resto de la vida básicamente, una vez que empiezas y construyes ya no hay vuelta atrás, hoy hubo mucho de piernas, mucho ejercicio al que poco a poco le voy agregando mas peso, con responsabilidad y muy controlado.

Empecé haciendo peso en pierna, y como en toda la semana no había hecho tanto cardio, me fui a las bicicletas a pedalear un rato y me sentí tan cómoda que me hice unos 30 minutos en bicicleta, la vista era hermosa, con buena música, la verdad no siempre disfruto la caminadora por lo que no me hago tantos minutos, pero lo compenso con la caminata de regreso y/o de ida, así que me tome mi tiempo para mirar por la ventana, mientras pedaleaba.

Estoy bastante contenta con el progreso y quiero seguir comprometida incluso cuando cuando se cree que los fines de semana se disfrutan de manera diferente, no es mi caso, yo si me disfruto mi tiempo.
