Excelente comienzo en calistenia, entiendo que hacer calistenia sera un paso importante en mi vida, estoy en los primeros pasos y ya me siento feliz por seguir practicando desde la parte mas básica, porque siendo sincera no sabia por donde empezar, y que e investigado un poco mas y con un poco de compañía, podre tener un seguimiento y mejor ejecución de movimientos y quizás hasta una rutina que me guie hasta que vaya avanzando poco a poco.

Creo que hive sera una maquina del tiempo, para mantener mi proceso guardado y claro que compartido con ustedes, porque si este es el comienzo quiero que tambien sean parte, si alguien mas se anima, quiero que sepan que por algo hay que empezar, y que no te debes dejar llevar por el miedo, porque cuando menos piensas ya lo estas logrando, eso si, debes mantenerte en movimiento y no quedarte quieta para saber que si puedes lograrlo.

Estoy empezando en un parque, ya que todas las mañanas voy a este parque a pasear a mis perritas, mientras ellas se divierten yo tambien estoy haciendo un poco de ejercicio, esta demás decir que estoy feliz de como esta surgiendo la cosa.

I'm starting in a park, since every morning I go to this park to walk my dogs, while they have fun I'm also doing some exercise, needless to say I'm happy with how things are going.
