The love of matcha and its green, I am in search of the best matcha, trying in multiple places, so far I have found few places that sell an excellent matcha, without lumps, a perfect and creamy texture, this time, I was in my matcha tasting, in which I felt it was good in flavor in texture or mixture lacked a little more time to mix it and unify it perfectly, I ate it with all the desire in the world, this place is specialized in making very good desserts with ice cream, waffles and crepes, so it was delicious, a waffle with arequipe topping, vanilla ice cream, caramel ice cream and whipped cream, with a piece of chocolate in the middle, I can't explain but these desserts are ahead of the places I have visited before.

The truth is that I needed to go out and spend some time thinking about nice things, having a good conversation, so this one was deep, my partner and I, we talked about different deep things about life, evolution, well being, personal growth, this kind of conversations are the ones that make us learn, negotiate, teach us to listen and look at other points of view different from yours, where the most important thing is to respect the thoughts.

It was a very nice afternoon that ended in much gratitude, for life, for health, for physical and emotional well-being, well that's not counting the kilo of sugar I gave my body, but the job was done.

El amor del matcha y su verde, estoy en busca del mejor matcha, probando en múltiples lugares, hasta ahora he encontrado pocos lugares que venden un excelente matcha, sin grumos, una textura perfecta y cremosa, en esta ocasión, estuve en mi cata de matcha, en el cual sentí que estuvo bueno en sabor en textura o mezcla le falto un poco mas de tiempo para mezclarlo y lograr unificarlo de manera perfecta, de igual manera estuvo lo suficientemente bueno para disfrutarlo con un postre, para el postre, me lo comí con todas las ganas del mundo, este lugar es especialista en hacer muy buenos postres con helados, waffles y crepes, así que estuvo delicioso, un waffle con topping de arequipe helado de vainilla, helado de caramelo y crema chantilly, con un pedazo de chocolate en medio, no se explicarles pero estos postres se llevan la delantera en lugares que he visitado antes.

La verdad necesitaba salir pasar un poco el tiempo pensando en cosas lindas, teniendo una buena conversación, por lo que esta fue profunda, mi compañero y yo, hablamos de diferentes cosas profundas de la vida, evolución, bienestar, crecimiento personal, este tipo de conversaciones son las que nos hacen aprender, negociar, nos enseña a escuchar y mirar otros puntos de vista distintos al tuyo, donde lo mas importante es respetar los pensamientos.

Fue una tarde muy bonita que termino en mucho agradecimiento, por la vida, por la salud, por el bienestar físico y emocional, bueno eso sin contar el kilo de azúcar que le di a mi cuerpo, pero se hizo el trabajo.
