How I became a coffee lover

When I lived in my native country, I worked in a coffee shop which in turn was a very famous cookie shop in the country, being one of the most delicious cookies, the place was located in a mall so the whole mall smelled of freshly baked cookies, so it was very busy, so that was where I started to prepare coffee, learn about how to prepare a good cream milk for a good latte or cappuccino etc.. Those days taught me a lot about coffee but not enough to know that instant coffee is not coffee, coffee is not taken with sugar or coffee is not black, it is brown.
It was then when I left the country and ventured to one where coffee is basically one of the best in the world, that is why there are many people marketing, growing, roasting, learning, and there is much to know about it, I mean that everything was in place for my first job in the country was in a coffee shop where it was there that I did my first coffee tasting course, It was incredible, since that day my perspective in reaction to coffee was never the same, it was a drastic change, because I began to see it and perceive it for what it is, coffee, with a great history behind it, knowing in a better way the properties, aromas, flavors, different things that we can find in a cup of coffee.

After tasting so many coffees, you realize that each one has its own essence, you understand that there are better coffees than the commercials that offer us, that while they sell us a coffee as the best, there may be much smaller brands but with much more quality, taking care with the cultivation of a good coffee, an adequate roasting to what you want to get in your cup, And many more characteristics that make you trust, this is what you learn with more experiences in different coffee shops, in which I always like to ask about the methods, what kind of coffee, where it is grown, and I always take valuable information from each one of the experiences that I live, this is why I think that coffee is an immense universe that is worth knowing.

Thank you so much for join me in this story about my evolution with the coffee!
I agree with you, many times as good lovers, we do not know many things related to coffee, from instant coffee, as you indicate, it is not coffee, since a year and a few months ago I tasted the very essence of coffee, that is achieved, without sugar, the coffee that is black is the dark roast, and brown is medium to light roast.
We still have a world to go, let's keep learning 🥰☕.
As I am doing, keep learning is goal until I have accomplish my own coffee store, a dream almost came true!
That's great, may your dreams come true, success ☕🤩
Obviously there are many varieties of coffee, although the Arabica type is considered one of the best, but it is also true that the way of drinking it varies according to the taste of each person, with or without sugar, with or without milk or cream, with other additives, in short, the best thing about coffee is precisely its versatility.
Right, Many years ago I didn't notice how bad I was drinking my coffee using sugar, I also boiled the water before, so it is really good understand how to get a good cup of coffee.
Everyone who approaches the world of coffee learns that coffee does not contain sugar and its color is brown, not black. This is what a friend of mine who is a barista used to tell me. This is a pending item on my to-do list: to prepare myself in the fine art of coffee.
